Fusion Fit

Combines Kickboxing, Toning/Conditioning and Zumba®
Zumba® is a fusion of Latin and international music that creates a dynamic exciting and effective fitness system.

A moving yoga system that tones & invigorates the entire body by initiating movement from the spine. Class includes stretching, core strengthening, and dynamic movement.
