Lori K. Myers, PT, Guild Certified Feldenkrais
PractitionerCM Director of Alpine Physical Therapy and PT
since 1978, utilizes the Feldenkrais Method® as her primary focus.
Further training includes manual therapy, orthopedic and sports physical
therapy, incontinence programs, Pilates, movement analysis in golf and other sports. She was formerly a
full-certified ski instructor. She loves to utilize her knowledge in biomechanics and movement to help athletes enhance
performance, prevent and rehab sports injuries. |

Mary Leone, OTR, CHT Occupational Therapist
since 1981, and Certified Hand Therapist since 2002, has extensive
experience in hand therapy with specialization in the upper quarter
(neck, shoulder, arm), splinting, manual therapy, orthopedic, sports,
neuro, worksite/ergonomic assessments, craniosacral therapy, and bike
fitting. She is certified in Neurodevelopmental Technique (NDT) for
pediatrics. Mary is known for her creative, integrative, and effective
treatment style. |

Christina Russell, CMT, Certified Massage
Therapist, Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Certified GYROKINESIS®
Instructor, Certified Turbokick Instructor, Certified PIYO™ instructor.
She provides an integrative approach with techniques in Neuromuscular
Therapy, compassionate deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release,
reflexology, pregnancy massage, essential oils, hot stone massage &
passive stretching. She teaches classes in Infant massage, sports
conditioning, kickboxing, GYROKINESIS®, and PIYO™. |

Jeff Russell, MS PT has expertise in manual
therapy, orthopedics, functional rehab, orthotics fitting and training,
and lymph drainage therapy. He draws from a background of movement
analysis that has developed in the study of kinesiology at CU, as well
as in being an outdoor recreation instructor and leader in many
disciplines including skiing and river sports. He was recently an
affiliate faculty member at
Regis
University as an anatomy lab
instructor. |

CJ Cebul,
DPT has been practicing physical therapy since 1987. During that
time she has held many different roles as both staff and supervisor
ranging from inpatient, acute/rehab, to outpatient care. She has
accrued a variety of skills: manual therapy, orthopedic/sports injury,
lymphedema/oncology, neurological treatment (NDT), and wound care. CJ
completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in December 2006. CJ enjoys
backpacking, hiking, running, and skiing. |

Mara Pacyga
MS, PT and Certified Pilates Instructor has expertise working with a diverse
patient population including those with neurologic, orthopaedic,
sports, and acute rehabilitation needs. She combines her education,
clinical experience, dance, and fitness backgrounds for a holistic
approach to patient care. Mara has played an integral role in
community-based education and fitness classes including prenatal,
weight management, sports physicals, geriatric health, modern dance
and aerobics. Her passion lies in guiding her patients to thrive in
this beautiful place we live. |

Seeman, Certified Aerobics Instructor and Winter Sports Conditioning
Instructor, brings talent, many years of experience, enthusiasm, and a
popular and rewarding work-out. |

Sharon Waggoner, Office Manager (left) and Janey Hemme, Office
